The Mancunis project is based on the belief that the collective consciousness is what brings about change if the collective so chooses. What changes occur is also determined by the intentions of the collective. We saw how BLM literally made the powers that be take a knee, The picture of angry youths and Nancy Pelosi on a knee is a powerful one. That was the BLM collective however, there can also be a collective that brings about positive manifestations for young artists. Dreams will come true, stars are born and business's built amongst the collective supporting each other and growing together. we have faith in the collective youth but the only way to move forward is to

- Allow young leaders to come through within the ranks
